As Sales Support Officer, your role is to provide first line internal Sales Support to DLL’s internal and external Partners. You’ll support our Account Managers in the sales process from customer application to payout preparation in line with supporting procedures. Together you give the best possible customer experience and work towards meeting and achieving our new business targets. Your role will be to ensure that all transactions are processed up to payouts in a timely and accurate manner. The role is an important extension of the front-line sales team, our Account Managers.

You´ll join a high skilled team, who work closely together and have good collaboration. You’ll report to the Operations Team Lead and you’ll be part of a team of four Sales Support Officers. Due to paternity leave, we are looking for someone who can join us fulltime for the period March – October, 2025. We offer a fixed term contract with DLL for 8 months.

Day to day

  • Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders, internal & external, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests. This can be via phone, email, Teams or face-to-face.
  • Prepare customer contracts and corresponding documents and communicate and liaise with all parties involved including DLL Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Asset Management teams as applicable.
  • Proactive pipeline management and follow-up by continuous meetings with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain data and contracts in the systems.

Essentials


We are looking for someone who has experience with customer facing roles in a desk job for at least 6 months. You might already have experience in Sales Support, but it could also be in a Customer Service, Call Centre or Sales position. It is a plus if you have experience in a leasing or financial services company.

Some things that are essential to know before you apply are that;

  • you mainly work from our office in Copenhagen, so you have to be able to travel there;
  • we are looking for someone that can communicate in Danish and English;
  • we offer a 8-month fulltime contract starting March, 2025
  • it is a plus if you have followed a financial education
