Sales Support Representative

Location: Cavan

McBreen Environmental is seeking an organised and commercially minded Sales Support Representative to join our Sales & Marketing Team.

This is a varied role combining customer engagement, outbound calling, lead generation, quotation preparation and sales administration. You will work closely with our field-based Sales Representatives and Operations teams to help convert opportunities and deliver excellent service to our customers.

The Role

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate and develop sales opportunities.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and tender documentation.
• Follow up on leads and outstanding quotations to help convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead and opportunity information within Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance contracts, additional services and cross-selling.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support field-based Sales Representatives.
• Liaise with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and accurately priced.

About You

• Previous experience in sales support, telesales, customer service or administration.
• Confident and professional telephone manner, including making outbound calls.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system is advantageous.
• Experience preparing quotations or working within the environmental, construction or industrial sectors would be beneficial, but is not essential.
