3Thirty3 Ltd. is a growing Edmonton print company serving wholesale and business customers across Alberta. We're looking for a Sales & Support Specialist to be the friendly, capable voice of our business — helping customers place orders, solve problems, and come back again. This is a support-first role with light sales work (quotes, reorders, follow-ups). You won't be cold-calling all day. You will be the person customers trust when they need help fast. WHAT YOU'LL DO (~60% support / ~40% sales support):

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and social messages
• Help customers with online orders, order status, shipping questions, and reprints/quality issues
• Provide light technical support — file uploads, artwork basics, gang sheet / online ordering questions (training provided)
• Prepare quotes and follow up on open inquiries
• Support reorders and repeat business with existing accounts
• Keep customer notes and follow-ups organized in our CRM / tracking system
• Represent 3Thirty3 professionally — clear, calm, and local

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination
• Excellent phone and email communication
• Comfortable multitasking
• E-commerce or order-system experience (online checkout, order tracking, etc.)
• Organized with CRM or pipeline tracking (spreadsheet or CRM)
• Comfortable helping customers with websites, uploads, and basic file/artwork questions
• Valid driver's license (local meetings or errands as needed)
• Based in Edmonton and able to work on-site

NICE TO HAVE:

• Print, DTF, screen print, or apparel decorating background
• B2B wholesale or trade-account experience
• Alberta local market knowledge

DETAILS:

• Full-time: 35 hours/week
• Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience)
• Location: Edmonton office (on-site)
• Start: Within 2 weeks Openings: 1

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
