About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Systems Specialist for our Global Land Business organization who will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our sales systems, with a strong focus on development tasks related to Sales and Service Sales processes.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Service business teams to understand business requirements and
translate them into system solutions.
  • Collaborate with Digital solutions team and external service providers in developing and
implementing sales and service tools
  • Design, develop, and implement enhancements to sales systems, including CRM and CPQ
solutions.
  • Manage system configurations, customizations, and integrations to support end-to-end sales
and service processes.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows to improve sales and operations productivity and customer
experience.
  • Support system testing, deployment, and documentation of new features and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales technology and digital
transformation.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with sales systems, including CRM and CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ)
  • Strong communication abilities with a fluency in English language.
  • Strong understanding of sales and service processes, including lead-to-order and quote-to-cash.
  • Experience with system development, sales processes and workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively collaborate
