Day to Day

We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Lead who is proactive in driving revenue and generating new business. You will work closely with the Sales Director to support, train, and coach a team of Account Executives. We’re looking for someone who has strong communication and presentation skills, is interested in building upon their successful track record in sales, and a desire to guide a growing team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect, qualify and generate new business while meeting annual revenue goals
Conduct face to face visits and live product demonstrations over the phone
Educate and promote multi product selling and adoption with clients
Develop industry and account relationships to leverage during the sales process
Assist Sales Directors with identifying and retaining talent
Provide ongoing training, coaching, mentoring and development to team
Provide team support as a product expert, respond to team enquiries
Collaborate with Sales Directors to define strategies that enhance team’s effectiveness and revenue contributions

Skills/Competencies

Fluency in English and German is required
Must achieve 3 quarters as Senior Account Executive with 100%+ on both New Business and Revenue (quarters being considered are: Q4 2023, Q1 2024, Q2 2024, or pacing Q3 2024
Consistent performer who demonstrates initiative and leadership skills
Dedicated team orientation, and desire to guide a growing team
Ability to work under pressure; organise and prioritise responsibilities
Passionate about Indeed and able to close deals quickly

Internal Eligibility

Must be a Senior Account Executive for 12 months
Good performance standing - no final warnings or active Performance Improvement Plans

Salary Range Transparency

Dusseldorf, Germany 50,000-64,000 EUR Annually
