We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team, manage tele sales operations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve targets.

Educational Qualification

• MBA or B.Tech degree required.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and team management.
• Proven experience in tele sales and lead conversion.
• Experience in managing, training, and motivating sales teams.

Language Requirements
Malayalam & Tamil

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and tele sales team.
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and improve sales conversions.
• Train and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
• Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
• Prepare sales reports and track team productivity.
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
