About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, sales experience, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and tele sales team.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
• Train team members on sales techniques, customer handling, and lead conversion.
• Monitor calls, follow up on leads, and improve conversion rates.
• Handle customer queries and support the team in closing sales.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track team performance.
• Ensure effective lead management and timely follow-ups.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity and achieve business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in team management, sales, and tele sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage targets and motivate team members.
• Good customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Language Requirements

Candidates must have good communication skills in the following languages:

• Malayalam
• Tamil
• Kannada
• English
