Job Description
As a Sales Team Leader, you will oversee team performance, scheduling, evaluations, and time management.
.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Ensure adherence to KPIs and lead the team to meet client and the company’s targets.
- Support personal development plans for team members.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, focus, and high performance.
- Develop and implement processes to boost efficiency and performance.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge to assist clients with software integrations.
- Oversee team performance, scheduling, evaluations, and time management.
- Recruit new talent as needed and manage day-to-day operations with the client and Program Manager.
- Collaborate with sales operations, QA, and training teams.
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in dynamic environments.
- Min 4 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.
- Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
- Min 1 year of experience in a leadership, coaching, training, or senior representative role.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines, adjusting to shifting priorities, and balancing short-term and long-term goals.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities.

- Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
- Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.

- Willingness to acquire new knowledge.
- Service Customers, be friendly patient, and polite with customers and try your best to service their needs/wants.
