Ecoline Windows, one of Canada’s leading window and door replacement companies, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our Winnipeg team. We work directly with homeowners, specializing in replacement windows, doors, and patio doors.
This is a commission-based position with earnings based on results, not hours. Average representatives make about $75,000 annually, while top performers exceed $200,000.
Full training is provided; sales experience is an asset.
No cold calling — qualified leads are provided.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations using Ecoline’s proven process.
- Assess customer needs, present options, and close sales.
- Perform on-site measurements and prepare quotes.
- Guide homeowners through financing and timelines.
- Maintain relationships before and after installation.
- Generate new business through referrals and networking.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Personal phone and computer.
- Flexible to travel locally and meet clients in the evenings.
Job Type: Full-time, commission-based.
