Ultrapolis Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is a growing pharmaceutical organization committed to developing a skilled and professional sales team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Trainer who can train, guide, and improve the performance of our sales employees.

Job Summary

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting sales training programs, improving product knowledge, enhancing communication and selling skills, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Training & Development

· Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing sales employees.

· Train employees in sales techniques, customer handling, and negotiation skills.

· Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.

· Provide practical training through role-playing and mock sales calls.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or sales training.

· Strong knowledge of sales processes.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to motivate, train, and develop sales teams.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Points

· Candidates with a BPO industry background will be preferred.

· The company will provide sales training modules to the trainer for conducting training sessions.

· The company will provide the necessary technical and product knowledge to the trainer.
