Rent My Bike specialises in adventure activities and rental services, delivering seamless travel and leisure solutions to customers.

We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, result-driven individuals who can manage both sales conversions and customer experience efficiently.

Role Overview

This is a dual-role position requiring strong sales acumen along with basic customer service skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from first interaction to post-service follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who is target-oriented, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Sales (Primary Focus – High Priority)

  • Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media platforms
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasion
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to maximise the lead-to-sale conversion ratio
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Upsell premium packages, add-ons, and group bookings
  • Maintain proper lead tracking in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-based lead handling

Customer Service

  • Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, and special requests
  • Ensure a smooth pre-booking and post-booking experience
  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or travel/hospitality industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English + Hindi required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to handle high-volume leads and multitask efficiently
  • Target-driven mindset with a “closure-first” attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online booking systems
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
