Job Summary

Shubh IT Solutions is seeking a experienced Salesforce Consultant who will play a key role in Salt's cloud-based CRM . My client is in the process of a multi-year digital transformation journey. Due to an ongoing demand in the Infrastructure space, there is a requirement for a highly skilled 'all-rounder' to join their team.

Role Description

Salesforce Consultant will be required to perform and/or have responsibility for duties including, but not limited to:

  • It's dynamic so problem solving and innovation go hand and hand at Salt, translating business requirements into functional scalable solutions is the magic you'll provide behind the scenes for seamless candidate and client relationship management
  • Delivery and deployment of Salesforce projects & solutions
  • First and second level and primary support for business users,
  • Manage day to day administrative functions and solutions, account set-up, basic configuration and data updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for the system including data integrity issues, integration and system errors
  • Customising dashboards and reports for consultants and our clients across various industries with their data driven requirements
  • Drive automation and maintain data quality and integrity
  • Expert knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Proven ability to build sophisticated flows, manage data security, and define object relationships.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in a consultancy or agency setting is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge required:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and support. Prior experience as a Salesforce Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role is highly desirable.
  • Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, Salesforce architecture, data model, and security. Proficiency in Salesforce tools, Apex, SFDX, Salesforce CLI, OmniStudio, and Lightning components.
  • Other technologies. Experience in other technologies such as Azure DevOps, OwnBackup, DocuSign, Whisper and Wildfire will be highly regarded
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Platform administration, automation, and CICD tools like Azure DevOps, Git, SFDX, and Jenkins.
  • Strong Salesforce development skills, with an ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve code conflicts.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, including design patterns and platform limitations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience configuring cloud services (e.g., AWS EC2, Lambda), Jira, and Confluence.

Desired Skills:

  • ITIL v4 Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
