About World Travel Protection

This role is part of World Travel Protection, our global medical and security assistance business supporting many of Zurich Cover-More’s travel insurance brands. We support both corporate and leisure travellers – helping them avoid risks before they escalate and connecting them with the right experts when emergencies arise. With deep expertise in global travel risk management, we’re trusted by travellers, corporate risk managers, and organisations worldwide to prepare for potential threats and respond when it matters most. Operating 24/7 from our global assistance centres, we’re always ready to answer the call – wherever in the world it comes from.

What you’ll be doing:
In this role you will play a critical role in enhancing and optimising our salesforce platform, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams across the globe to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will ensure the platform delivers maximum value across the organisation.

• Gather requirements, configuring Salesforce, documenting functional designs, and supporting the delivery of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
• Configure Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities and agreed design patterns.
• Support the build of objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and related configuration.
• Provide high quality of service with ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring SLAs and compliance is adhered to.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and leveraging customer insights to drive business initiatives.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a functional consulting, business analysis, administration, or configuration role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative features such as objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• The ability to interpret business requirements and support their translation into functional solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups
