Job description:

Must Have Skills:

• 9+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud Proven developer background with hands-on coding experience (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL)
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Good experience with integrations, customizations, and workflows in Service Cloud Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively across teams
• Prior experience in leading engagements and collaborating with cross-functional teams
