About the role
As a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant, you will make an impact by experience in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud and Salesforce Configuration/Customization. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce team and work collaboratively stakeholders and client teams.
In this role, you will:
- Specific to Manufacturing Cloud:
- Manage the asset service lifecycle, including asset tracking, service operations, and warranty management.
- Utilize Manufacturing Cloud features like the Asset Service Console and Warranty Lifecycle Management.
- Integrate Manufacturing Cloud with other relevant systems and processes (like, SAP/ERP).

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in a client office Overland Park, KS. What you need to have to be considered
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud and Salesforce Configuration/Customization
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Certified Manufacturing Cloud Consultant.
- Sales and Service Cloud Certification, and other Certifications are a PLUS.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
- Experience with Salesforce customization tools (workflows, process builders, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data management and data quality best practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Apex and Visualforce is beneficial.
These will help you stand out
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users experiencing technical or functional issues related to Manufacturing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to workflows, data, user access, and other platform functionalities.
- Triage and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or development teams.
- Document and track issues through resolution.
- System Administration and Customization:
- Manage users, profiles, roles, and permissions within Salesforce.
- Customize the platform through configuration changes, including workflows, process builders, and reports.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, and other Salesforce components.
- Develop and implement solutions to address specific business needs within Manufacturing Cloud.
- Ensure the system is configured to meet data security and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find out root cause of the issues related to Integrations.
