Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating customers and showing them new items in the store. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

The Salesperson will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding personal health and journeying, adult toys they may be seeking, and in showing them new items in the store.
• Receive and deploy all inventory each week.
• Engage with customers to make their journey more comfortable, stress-free and less awkward.
• Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Collaborate with cp-workers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• Show up on time, everyday, with an effort to bring good vibes to the workplace.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or the adult toy industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, moving from stockwork to helping customers, seamlessly.
• Familiarity with human sexuality, lack of judging the customer, kindness, tolerance, and inclusiveness are our most basic needs for this position.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and retail math concepts is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building.
• Ability to take direction and shifting priorities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
