Salesperson
Tops to Floors Specializes in custom kitchens, flooring, showers, counter tops, Window Coverings and much more. We are looking for a motivated individual looking for a sales career in the exciting world of home finishing.
- Candidates will express excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Candidates will be self-motivated, and results driven with the desire to grow sales.
- Candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have good problem-solving skills
-Candidates will have experience in the floor covering, countertop, window covering or home renovation field.
-Candidates will hold a valid driver’s license.
-Candidates will consider themselves strong team players.
Job Duties
- Helping customers select the correct product for their needs
- Quote and measure for flooring
- Quote and measure custom stair packages
- Quote and measure custom shower packages
- Quote and Measure window coverings
- Calculate take offs for flooring
- Commercial flooring quoting
- Customer service throughout sale and after
- Other Duties as required
Compensation
To be discussed based on experience hourly + bonus
Tops to Floors offers competitive health, dental and vision care to all employees
RRSP Matching up to 2% after 3 months employment

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
