The Role

We are seeking an exceptional, experienced Sales Professional to join our team. This is not a transactional sales role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position requiring emotional intelligence, credibility, and the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate leaders.

You will guide prospective members and corporations through La Vie’s premium health assessments, memberships, and advanced preventive programs — helping them understand the long-term value of investing in their health and the health of their employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality consultations with prospective clients (individuals, families, and corporate leaders)
  • Confidently present La Vie’s assessments, memberships, and specialized programs
  • Convert qualified leads into long-term members through trust-based conversations
  • Follow up with prospects in a timely, professional, and personalized manner
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales performance
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, care coordinators, and leadership
  • Represent La Vie’s brand with professionalism, discretion, and empathy

Who You Are

You are a sales professional who thrives in premium, high-touch environments.

You have:

  • 7+ years of proven sales success (healthcare, executive services, luxury services, financial services, or professional consulting preferred)
  • A consultative selling mindset (not aggressive or scripted)
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Confidence engaging with C-suite executives and high-net-worth clients
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building abilities
  • High integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • Comfort discussing premium pricing and long-term value

Pay: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
