Now we’re looking for a Full-Time Sales Team Member to join our Tuggerah crew — someone who’s as passionate about great service as they are about a good snag

Description:
What you’ll do:
Deliver an outstanding in-store experience for every customer

Achieve sales targets by offering solutions that suit customer needs

Learn and share product knowledge across our BBQ, heating, and outdoor furniture ranges

Assist with store presentation, merchandising, and stock management

Work as part of a supportive team that loves a laugh but gets results

What you’ll bring:
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and people skills

A passion for outdoor entertaining and lifestyle products

Willingness to learn and grow with our training and development programs

Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak retail periods
