We’re looking for a part-time Retail Team Member to join our Traralgon store — someone who’s customer-focused, hands-on and ready to be part of a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor

Helping customers choose the right BBQs, outdoor furniture and accessories

Building product knowledge across leading brands

Supporting stock control, merchandising and store presentation

Working as part of a tight-knit team to hit sales targets

Maintaining a safe and organised store environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience (highly regarded)

A genuine passion for customer service

Confidence speaking with customers and making recommendations

Ability to work weekends and peak trade periods

A team-first attitude with strong reliability

If you’ve worked in hardware, outdoor, appliance or big-box retail — even better. But attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
