Duties

• Engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus
