Chocolate Hair Carrigaline are looking for an experienced Salon Coordinator to join our team!

Working Days Monday-Wednesday (Flexibility is essential, which includes occasional weekend work when required to meet the needs of the business.)

Experience in a similar role is preferred.The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous salon or beauty industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Experience managing appointments, phone calls, emails, and client enquiries.
• Confident with booking systems and computer-based duties.
• A professional, friendly approach.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy salon environment.

The Role:
You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring smooth operations, supporting the team, and delivering the perfect customer experience for every client.
