Are you an experienced Salon Manager/Senior Stylist looking for a rewarding opportunity? Aranna is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. If you're passionate about both managing a salon and showcasing your styling skills, this role is perfect for you. Ideally, we're looking for someone willing to work in both our Nenagh and Templemore locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Training provided .
• Lead by example as a Senior Stylist, providing exceptional hair services to clients.
• Uphold Aranna's high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and client retention.
• Ensure a positive and supportive work environment for salon staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Stylist.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid cosmetology license.
