**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Experienced Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced salon environment.

**Duties:**

- Be required to open salon up and prepare for the daily business

-Be availble- Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat (but we can be flexible)

- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs

- Manage appointments and schedule adjustments

- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Assist stylists with client needs as required

- Promote salon services and products to clients

**Requirements:**

- Previous Salon Receptionist Experience preferred

- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions

- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments effectively

- Excellent communication skills

- Familiarity with POS systems for processing payments

- Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment

- Knowledge of salon products and services is advantageous
