What You’ll Do

• Operate a salt truck and spread de-icing materials on lots, lanes, and access roads.
• Coordinate timing with plow crews for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor material levels and report when supplies run low.
• Keep detailed logs, photos, and records of each job.
• Inspect your truck and spreader before and after every storm.
• Follow safety guidelines to protect people, property, and the environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• Experience with spreader-equipped trucks is a plus.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and storm-ready 24/7.
• Comfortable working nights, long hours, and in tough weather.
• Able to work independently while staying connected with the team.
