Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
Samlink is a Kyndryl company.
We are a forward-thinking software company delivering innovative technology solutions to financial institutions, such as banks. Our portfolio includes data-driven platforms and enterprise-grade software that help banks and fintechs optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and meet regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our services align with customer goals and industry best practices.
You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and define clear, actionable requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, specifying requirements for new or upgraded technology solutions, and documenting solution descriptions in a structured and understandable way. You will collaborate with development teams, product managers, designers, and third parties to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
You will also play a central role in identifying and driving opportunities in the field of data and AI, helping our customers unlock the full potential of emerging technologies.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
Flexible Working Hours: Options for flexible schedules and remote work.
Continuous Learning and Mentorship Programs: Opportunities for training and professional development.
BeWell: Comprehensive wellbeing services (Employee Assistance Program) for employees and their families, providing a broad range of accessible programs, policies, and practices that support physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.
Company Events: Team-building activities and social events.
Company-Provided Mobile Phone: Mobile phones are provided for work and private use.
ePassi: Digital solution for lunch, wellness, sports, culture, and commuting benefits.
Bicycle Benefit
Please note that our offices are located in Espoo and Jyväskylä, and the candidate would need to be based in these areas.
Who You Are
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.
Required skills and experience:
Business knowledge of banking operations and the financial sector, preferably in Payments
At least 3 years of experience in requirement specification and business analysis in software development projects.
Relevant experience in the AI domain, including exposure to AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
Experience with software development processes and understanding technical solutions.
Proficiency in Finnish and English language.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
A continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation.
A security background check may be performed for those selected to Samlink positions, in accordance with the company recruitment guidelines and the Security Clearance Act.
