Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred

  • Caregiver recruitment experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • This role involves posting job ads, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, data entry and tracking, and leading orientation
  • In addition, this individual may assist the Scheduler with matchmaking clients with the perfect caregiver
  • PCG (Personal Caregiver) Recruiter will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving
  • This role involves posting job ads, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, data entry and tracking, and leading orientation.
  • Assist the Scheduler with matchmaking clients with the perfect caregiver.
  • Communicate updates and next steps to candidates in a timely manner
  • Manage job postings and source candidates
  • Organize and maintain candidate records and documentation
  • Support on-boarding efforts and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Perform administrative tasks to streamline the recruitment process
  • Use AI proactively to expedite the speed and efficiency of the recruitment process
