The Role

We are expanding our finishing department and are seeking a reliable Sander/Spray Finisher to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Sand and prepare doors, panels, and custom wood components for finishing
• Apply stains, paints, toners, lacquer, and clear coating
• Perform finish touch-ups and quality control checks
• Maintain spray booth, tools, and finishing area cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with lead finisher and production team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in cabinet or millwork finishing (preferred)
• Working knowledge of spray equipment and coating systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow finishing instructions
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting materials
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
