Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various facilities, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all staff and visitors. This role is essential in upholding our commitment to cleanliness and health standards.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
