Dublin Zoo is currently seeking enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable Santa's Elves to join our team for the Christmas events.

As an Elf you will help to create a positive and magical atmosphere for our Wild Lights customers while providing excellent customer service, and assisting Santa in his duties at the Christmas Grotto.

Responsibilities/Duties of the Job:

• Helping to create a fun and festive atmosphere.
• Chatting with the kids and families, making sure every child is made feel special.
• Creating a memorable experience for the families and children.
• Queue management.
• Communicating with other helpers.
• Distributing presents.
• Answering any queries of customers.
• Dress in festive costume and maintain character.
• Any other duties as required by managers or those in supervisory positions.

Skills and Qualities Required:

• Friendly, cheerful and outgoing personality.
• Ability to stay enthusiastic and positive in a busy, high-energy environment.
• Punctual and reliable with good time management.
• Collaborative and good communication.

Good to Have:

• Some experience working with children
• Customer service experience
• Experience working at events

Pay: €14.62 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
