Role-SAP BTP IS Consultants

Location-Jersey City, NJ (Onsite from day 1)

NEED 12+ YRS OF EXP PROFILES

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integrations, leverage SAP BTP CI/CPI and SAP PO to enable integrations with SAP and Non-SAP on-premises or cloud applications.
• Work closely with functional teams and Business Systems Analyst team to determine optimal solutions addressing the functional requirements.
• Must have 1 end to end project experience of SAP PO to SAP CPI migration working expertise.
• Ability to comprehend functional specifications and document them into technical specifications, deliver integration solutions at various phases of a project, and complete tasks within estimated time frames.
• Integrating with third-party APIs and good understanding of API’s used in SAP-CPI such as REST, SOAP, ODATA API’s.
• Good Understanding and working knowledge of SAP BTP services and ability to learn and develop prototypes for new business cases .
• Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements, design solutions, facilitate end to end testing, troubleshooting to meet business needs.
• Demonstrated teamwork, effective verbal and written communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Adhere to Alcon’s best practice guidelines, change management process and security protocols.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in developing interfaces leveraging SAP CPI and SAP PO 7.5 single stack as the middleware with 3 full life cycle implementations.
• A thorough understanding of programming languages and practical experience with languages such as Java, XSLT and Groovy/Java scripts.
• Sound Knowledge of various design patterns and pallets in CPI including efficient I-flow design with exception handling, JMS and Data store operations, Conversions, Routing, Mapping, external call, scripting etc.
• Good conceptual and working understanding of data models, mapping methods (Graphical, Java/ XSLT) and integration technologies like SOAP, REST, OData, (S)FTP, HTTP(S), JSON and XML
• Expertise in configuring integration using SAP PO/CPI adapters like IDOC, XI/Proxy, REST, JDBC, SFTP, MAIL, SOAP, web services, AWS S3 and other Integration objects.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and SAP Implementation Methodology wrt. to standard contents and SAP SaaS solutions such as Ariba, commerce cloud, concur etc.
• Working understanding of security standards including OAUTH, encryption/decryption and certificate-based communication set up.
• Ability to learn and involve in prototyping new solutions.
• Knowledge of transport management using CTS+ with solution manager, Use of NWDS for i-flow design, deployment, and alert configuration.

Good to have skills:

• SAP S/4 HANA projects experience.
• Understanding of SAP BTP services and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Experience of working with CPI-DS.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
• SAP integration suite or BTP certification is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
