We are looking for a Senior SAP MDG Consultant with 8–10 years of experience to champion our enterprise-wide data governance strategy. This individual will architect, configure, and maintain our master data structures to ensure supreme data cleanliness, compliance, and consistency across our entire IT landscape. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience implementing SAP MDG within SAP S/4HANA landscapes, balancing data strategy with technical execution across multiple master data domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance Framework Design: Architect and configure SAP MDG solutions for critical data domains including Material (MDG-M), Supplier/Customer/Business Partner (MDG-BP/S/C), and Financials (MDG-F).
• Workflow Automation: Build, modify, and optimize complex change-request workflows utilizing SAP Business Workflow and Rule-Based Workflow (BRF+ logic).
• Data Quality & Consolidation: Implement data profiling, deduplication, validation rules, and enrichment steps to eliminate "dirty data" before it interfaces with downstream ERP layers.
• S/4HANA Alignment: Lead MDG data model extensions and oversee data replication frameworks (DRF) to sync clean master records with S/4HANA, Ariba, or third-party legacy databases.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for data replication errors, staging area issues, and data migration bottlenecks during cutover phases.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8–10 years of specialized experience in SAP Master Data Governance and SAP master data management.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced expertise in BRF+, Floorplan Manager (FPM), Web Dynpro ABAP, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and SOA manager configuration.
• S/4HANA Competency: Deep understanding of the S/4HANA Business Partner (BP) approach and standard SAP ERP underlying table architectures.
• Methodology: Proven experience executing data migration strategies, managing data cleansing cycles, and enforcing strict data governance policies across large project teams.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
