Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Trainer to deliver practical, project-oriented training on SAP PP. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and the ability to explain production planning concepts using real-time business scenarios and implementation examples.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct SAP PP training sessions for beginners and working professionals.
• Provide both theoretical and hands-on training using real-time business scenarios.
• Explain end-to-end production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Cover key SAP PP topics including:
• SAP PP Overview and Organizational Structure
• Material Master and Production Master Data
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Work Centers
• Routings
• Production Versions
• Demand Management
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• MRP Planning Strategies
• Capacity Planning
• Planned Orders
• Production Orders
• Order Confirmation and Goods Movements
• Production Order Settlement
• Repetitive Manufacturing
• Production Planning and Control
• Integration with SAP MM, SD, QM and FI/CO
• Provide hands-on exercises and practical assignments.
• Demonstrate end-to-end production planning processes.
• Explain real-time implementation and support scenarios.
• Prepare training materials, exercises, and project-based assignments.
• Guide learners through practical SAP PP configuration and business processes.
• Answer learner questions and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP.
• Prior experience as an SAP PP Trainer, Consultant, or Implementation Professional.
• Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing business processes.
• Strong understanding of MRP, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, and Production Orders.
• Experience with SAP PP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP PP and MM, SD, QM and FI/CO.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex SAP concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Real-time implementation/support experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP.
• Knowledge of MRP Live and S/4HANA production planning processes.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing and/or process manufacturing is an advantage.
• Real-time project implementation experience.
• SAP certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
