Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP QA – MM / Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Tester with strong functional testing expertise in SAP MM and end-to-end PTP processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating procurement, inventory, and invoice processes, working closely with functional and technical teams to ensure high-quality SAP deliveries across ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP MM and PTP functional testing activities
• Validate end-to-end PTP processes, including:
• Purchase Requisitions (PR)
• Purchase Orders (PO)
• Goods Receipt (GR)
• Invoice Verification (MIRO)
• Vendor and material master processes
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases
• Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Coordinate with business users and functional consultants during UAT
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution and retesting
• Validate integrations between MM–FI (AP) and other related modules
• Support testing for S/4HANA or ECC implementations and enhancements
• Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and SAP best practices
• Provide test status reports and metrics to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP testing experience with strong focus on MM / PTP
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes
• Hands-on experience testing MM configurations and integrations
• Experience testing MM–FI (AP) integration scenarios
• Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
• Strong defect management and test documentation skills
• Ability to work closely with functional, technical, and business teams
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid onsite/offshore model

Good to Have

• Experience testing S/4HANA PTP transformations or migrations
• Exposure to test management tools (HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Knowledge of inventory valuation and account determination
• Experience in manufacturing or large enterprise SAP landscapes
