Baer is looking for SAP SuccessFactors LMS Lead for a 3+ month remote project

Title: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 3 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: C2C

Description:

• To support a Design Success engagement during the enterprise design phase of a major SAP implementation.
• Attend and contribute to design workshops with the implementation partner and customer
• Provide SAP expertise on: SuccessFactors Learning roadmap, Fit-to-standard business processes and Key design decisions
• Advise on SAP Learning best practices and product direction
• Support creation of the Design Validation Document, including In-scope business processes, Strategic decision, Project constraints and Applied standards
• Part-time role: 2 days per week through January 2026
• Phase: Design only – no system configuration required
• Focus: Participation in design workshops and strategic advisory

Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
• Prior involvement in design or blueprinting phases
• Ability to communicate SAP standards and roadmap clearly
• Experience working with both implementation partners and customers
