Ke'e Grill in Juno Beach is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Sauté Line cook, with at least 5 yrs experience, to work in our fast paced, high volume kitchen! Previous experience in high-volume restaurants and food service is necessary. We are a scratch kitchen and want a positive and problem solving individual to fill our open line cook position. Competitive wages with hourly rate based on experience level.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Operate in a fast paced and high-volume kitchen successfully

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook within a restaurant or culinary setting
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Experience working in fine dining establishments preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward culinary excellence
