Job Title: Scheduler
Reports To: Office Manager / Controller

We are a high-pressure cleaning company specializing in restaurant canopies, equipment, floors, walls, drive-thrus, and garbage areas. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, reliability, and attention to detail.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our customers and service crews, ensuring jobs are scheduled accurately and efficiently. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate scheduling for 6–7 service crews (approximately 2–3 jobs per crew per shift), and manage database updates. This position requires problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of logistics, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Reach out to customers to schedule jobs, coordinate details, and verify database information
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain and update the customer database accurately
- Book current and new customers 3–4 weeks in advance, adjusting schedules as needed
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver
- Knowledge of Toronto and GTA geography is an asset
- Experience or knowledge of commercial exhaust cleaning is an asset
- Proficient in Windows, Excel, and internet-based programs (e.g., ServiceTrade, Google Maps)
- Team player who takes ownership of responsibilities and works independently
- Reliable with excellent attendance
Compensation:
- Full-time position
- $22.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience
