Description:
Ausreo is currently experiencing strong growth driven by increased activity across residential, civil, and commercial construction sectors. It is an exciting time to be part of the Ausreo family with opportunities for career development and progression.
We are expanding our Trade Service Centre Network and have a role in our Scheduling team. Reporting to the National Scheduling Manager, this role will primarily support our Victorian Trade Service Centres, with additional scope across our New South Wales and Queensland network. The role can be based out of any Ausreo location, along with flexible remote work options.
The Role:
Prepare reinforcing bar cutting and bending lists, as well as marking plans, to support efficient manufacturing and timely delivery in line with project schedules.
Provide estimating support and technical guidance to customers.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, sales, production, and planning teams.
Promote Ausreo’s products and services to customers to optimise sales performance and margins.
The Successful Applicant Will:
- Have a “can do” attitude, always looking for ways to achieve successful outcomes
- Possess practical knowledge of construction industry methods, products, and services
- Confidently read, interpret, and transpose relevant information from technical drawing disciplines including structural engineering, architectural, and civil
- Have familiarity with residential, commercial, and civil projects
- Be self-motivated, able to work effectively in a team environment, and capable of working independently
- Display strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Be customer orientated, capable and comfortable in competently engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong relationship building skills to support loyal repeat customer base and assist in onboarding and retaining new leads
