We are looking for a Scheduling Co-Ordinator to join our growing team at our Offices in Banteer, North Cork.

What you’ll do

You will work closely with the site foreperson to make sure each stage of a house build — from the foundation stage through to Plastering — has the right workers and materials available at the right time. The goal is to help keep projects running on schedule and within timeframes.

Main responsibilities

  • Plan and organise the work needed for each house build stage.
  • Set reminders and timelines to make sure important tasks are not missed.
  • Coordinate regularly with the foreperson and subcontractors to keep work progressing smoothly.
  • Act as the main contact for customers during the stages you manage.
  • Respond to customer questions quickly and professionally.
  • Keep customers updated on progress and inform them of any possible delays.
  • Monitor the progress of each house using the company scheduling system.
  • Identify any delays or issues and help put solutions in place to avoid repeat problems.
  • Inform Finance when a Stage is completed.
  • Keep all scheduling and project information accurate and up to date in the system.
  • Provide holiday cover for other members of the scheduling team when needed.

  • Previous experience in the residential construction industry will be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organisational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Drive to learn and contribute in a positive and engaging manner.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
