We are looking for a customer-oriented scheduling coordinator, to serve as key contact for installations, coordinating permit applications and permit inspections , communicate status updates with clients and dispatching installation teams . You will interact closely with the General Manager making daily schedule assignments and long-range planning .The ability to multi-task, efficient and clear communication skills and organizational talents is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily installation assignments with appropriate skill sets
- Communicate installation schedules with clients
- Coordinate permit applications, inspections and completion
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills
- Scheduling and coordination of immediate and long-range schedule
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
