About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scheduling Manager to take charge of our production, estimating, detailing, and dispatch schedules. Sitting between the General Manager, Dispatch Foreman, and Design Manager, this role plays a crucial part in coordinating project timelines, ensuring seamless workflow across departments, and maintaining strong customer communication. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, offering a senior-level opportunity to drive operational efficiency and scheduling accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in scheduling, production coordination, or operations management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Expertise in scheduling software, Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• A problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach, ideally with exposure to lean manufacturing principles.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage scheduling and reporting.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity between clients, reps, builders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain scheduling systems, ensuring seamless workflow across production, estimating, detailing, and dispatch.
• Liaise with internal teams and external clients to confirm project timelines and scheduling requirements.
• Oversee data accuracy in scheduling platforms, proactively resolving issues.
• Lead the dispatch function, ensuring that deliveries align with project deadlines.
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to drive process efficiency.
• Ensure all administrative requirements are met, supporting business operations.
