Scheduling Operations Analyst

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic.

We are seeking a Scheduling Operations Analyst to:

  • Design and modify scheduling protocols entered and create scheduling solutions for the department.
  • Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organization maximizes template efficiency, productivity, access opportunities and meets operational needs.

Education :

Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Experience :

Preferred – One to two (1-2) years working within ambulatory clinic operations or one to two (1-2) years with Epic Cadence build or template build/maintenance.

Licenses and Certifications :

Preferred - Epic Cadence Certification.
