Description:
We are looking for 2 School Assistants to join the team on an Ongoing Part-time basis. The working hours will be either:
-
Monday from 8am to 6pm + Friday from 8am to 5pm
-
Tuesday 10.40am to 2.40pm + Wednesday 8am to 6pm + Friday 10.40am to 3.40pm
As a school Assistant in Vie Scolaire (Students Welfare) department, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage student’s tardiness and absences
- Welcome students at the school gate
- Supervise during exams period, canteen service
- Assist with Study/homework and activities’ support
- Undertake playground duties at recess and lunchtime as required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent ICT and communication skills in French & English
- Knowledge of the French educational system
- Good organisational skills and ability to work with a team
- Minimum High School diploma required
