Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated School Principal to lead our high school building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, enhancing student achievement, and collaborating with staff, students, and the community. The School Principal will be responsible for strategic planning, curriculum development, and supervising faculty and students to ensure high-quality education.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to create an effective educational environment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
• Foster relationships with students, parents, and community members to promote school initiatives.
• Lead fundraising efforts to support school programs and activities.
• Supervise and evaluate faculty performance while providing guidance for professional growth.
• Develop strategic plans that align with the school's mission and goals.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and standards.
• Manage school operations effectively, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance educational programs and student services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in education administration or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on educating stakeholders about school initiatives.
• A valid teaching certification or administrative credential is preferred.
• Experience in supervising students and successfully creating a safe enviornment.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
