About the role
New Product and Ingredient Research
Researching ingredients for use, compliance, suitability and availability
Assisting external NPD consultant
Regulatory (TGA) compliance
Adjustment of ARTG claims when appropriate
Responding to TGA reviews and audits
Checking label compliance
Research and Writing
Writing technical articles on products or health issues
Contribute to website; social media and education content as required
Data Review & Evidence Packs
Assess and interpret scientific data from clinical studies, literature, and traditional evidence to substantiate product claims, safety profiles, and efficacy. Compile comprehensive evidence packages to support the registration and marketing of TGA-listed medicines.
Technical Support
Responding to customers and staff technical queries
Skills and Experiences:
About you
Qualified Naturopath with:
A deep and comprehensive understanding of herbal medicine, including traditional and modern uses of herbs in therapeutic applications.
Ability to validate herbal ingredients, including their safety, efficacy, and interactions, particularly in relation to TGA-listed medicines.
Ability to evaluate and interpret clinical studies, pharmacological data, and traditional knowledge to support the formulation and marketing of herbal-based products.
Skills that will support your success:
Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power-point )
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional organisational skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Pro-active attitude
