About The Position:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the Agile framework within our teams. You’ll be responsible for driving high-performance and fostering continuous improvement across squads while ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and refinements.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the squad’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Work with squads to run experiments that support continuous improvement goals.
• Play a key role in transforming the company's culture towards adopting agile methodologies based on transparency, trust, and high-level collaboration.
• Work within organizational constraints to maximize agility and measure progress towards growing maturity.
• Facilitate conversations to resolve conflicts within the Scrum.
• Work with people leaders to ensure they have appropriate knowledge of the needs of their direct reports to be successful members of Agile teams.
• Work to resolve blockers on behalf of the team to remove blockers when necessary.
• Be an active and enthusiastic contributor to the Agile community and partner with other Agilists in growing Agile knowledge among teams, leaders, and stakeholders.

What you'll bring to Maropost:

• Exp 7 to 10 year and minimum 4 year of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
• B.E/B.Tech.
• Have at least one certification from the Scrum Alliance or http://Scrum.org : CSM and/or PSM is mandatory.
• Have applicable experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or comparable role.
• Understand Scrum theory and the relationship of Scrum to Agile.
• Understands the importance of being a leader who serves, focusing on helping teams improve.
• Well versed with facilitation techniques and coaching techniques.
• Experience in implementing additional frameworks such as Kanban, DevOps, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS.
• Have experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
• Proficient with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, or other tools used to visualize the work of Agile working teams.
• Proficient in MS Tools – Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
• Well versed with Software Development Life Cycle and Testing Life Cycle Methodology and practices.
• Hands-on communicating with Technical and Non-Technical audiences to facilitate the discussions.
• Milestone oriented to keep the team on track.
• Foster growth mindset.
