The Work
As a Scrum Master, you will:

Facilitate Agile processes and ensure the seamless delivery of transformation projects.
Collaborate with data engineers, frontend/backend developers, and DevOps engineers to migrate from a monolithic architecture to agile, scalable microservices that meet future business and technology needs.
Act as an enabler, guiding the team in Agile methodologies to ensure successful project execution.
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Identify scope, define requirements, and create functional or technical specifications.
Coordinate implementation and support change efforts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a dedicated and hands-on Scrum Master, ensuring the team adheres to Agile practices.
Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile Process Coaching and Distributed Agile Development (ADM).
Strong facilitation skills to address team performance issues and empower effective collaboration.
Ability to promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of innovation within teams.
Language proficiency: Fluency in Dutch or French is required, along with English at a professional level.
Availability to work onsite in Brussels at least once a week.

Bonus Points

Experience with test automation strategies and test execution and management.
Experience with change management and release.
A keen understanding of industry-specific challenges in the Utilities sector.
A Master's degree in a relevant field.
