Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Act as Scrum Master for two large agile teams across mobile and web product verticals.

• 
  Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• 
  Coordinate sprint cycles for:

• 
  Mobile Apps: Customer, Partner & Ops (Flutter)

• 
  Web Applications: GK360, Partner Web (ReactJS)

• 
  Backend Services: Node.js

• 
  QA: Selenium-based testing

• 
  Product Managers.

• 
  Drive cross-functional collaboration among Product Owners,Deliver Manager, Developers, and QA teams.

• 
  Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments across the Customer, Partner, and Ops platforms.

• 
  Maintain and track product backlogs, sprint progress, burndown charts, and development velocity.

• 
  Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies – and work to remove blockers.

• 
  Promote Agile best practices and coach teams for continuous improvement.

• 
  Liaise with leadership and stakeholders to map out product roadmaps and align sprint goals.

• 
  Help refine and manage Release Plans and development lifecycle documentation.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 
  7–9 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.

• 
  Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, SAFe or Scrum@Scale (preferred).

• 
  Experience managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously, ideally across mobile and web platforms.

• 
  Familiarity with:

• 
  Flutter (for mobile apps)

• 
  ReactJS (for web apps)

• 
  Node.js (backend)

• 
  Selenium (QA automation)

• 
  Proficient in Agile tracking tools like Zoho Sprints.

• 
  Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• 
  Proven ability to map and manage software development life cycles (SDLC) for SaaS products.

• 
  Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.

  
  Nice to have:

• 
  Exposure to DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

• 
  Experience working with remote or distributed agile teams.

• 
  Knowledge of OKRs/KPIs to track team effectiveness and delivery quality.
