How will you contribute?
You will be mainly in charge of:
- Conduct research and develop innovative risk-based compliance tools based on data-driven analysis and interpretation of AML laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to build intelligent systems for real-time risk detection and dynamic compliance in regulated environments.
- Engage with legal experts and industry partners to refine tools and ensure alignment with AML and broader regulatory frameworks.
- Publish research findings in high-impact journals and contribute to the development of open-source and proprietary software solutions.

Education
Ph.D. in Computer Science with experience in CyberSecurity, GRC or a related field
Experience and skills
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks.
- Experience with AI-driven tools, especially in text processing, machine learning and/or NLP.
- Experience with federated ML frameworks like Flower
- Knowledge on AML regulations is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- A track record of published research in related areas is a plus.
Language skills
- Good level both written and spoken English and French
