The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Customer Success team. This role blends sales and support: you’ll be on the front lines generating and qualifying opportunities, engaging dealerships, and ensuring they understand the value of VETTX. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers and Customer Success leaders to drive adoption, build renewal pipeline, and create a consistent flow of new opportunities within our customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Qualify: Reach out to dealership contacts via calls, email, and social to schedule discovery or check-in calls.
- Support Renewals & Upsell: Help Customer Success Managers by building renewal pipelines and surfacing upsell opportunities.
- Educate Dealers: Explain VETTX programs (Buyer Recruiting, integrations, ROI dashboards, etc.) and show value.
- Pipeline Management: Track activities and opportunities in HubSpot (or CRM) to ensure a steady flow of renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate: Work with the Customer Success and Recruiting teams to ensure dealer goals are met.
- Be the Voice of the Dealer: Share feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years in sales, customer success, or account development (SaaS or automotive experience a plus).
- Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and confident.
- Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and managing follow-ups.
- Strong organizational skills with CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- A coachable, self-starter attitude – motivated to hit targets and grow in your career.
- Passion for the automotive industry and interest in SaaS solutions.

Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
